This module introduces colleagues to the DeliverRight Delivery & Collection Processes. It provides practical guidance and video demonstrations on how to deliver & collect vehicles to ensure company processes and procedures are followed whilst offering a great service to our customers.

• Be aware of the 8 Golden Rules to DeliverRight

• Understand the 5 steps to the DeliverRight Delivery Process

• Understand the 5 Steps to the DeliverRight Collection Process

• Review how the processes & procedures are applied to a customer scenario

• Be aware of recent, mandatory updates to the DeliverRight Delivery & Collection processes

• Commit to understanding and adhering to the information in this module
